Pilot opens October 2026 · built for FSMA 204

Your supplier says they’re ready. Can they prove it in 24 hours?

Verified Trust Score measures whether a food supply company can do what its paperwork claims — trace a lot, produce the record, keep shipping through a disruption. Every answer is scored by how it is backed, not how confidently it is asserted.

How a code is earned

Same answer, different evidence, different code.

STEP 1

Answer what applies to you

The questionnaire adapts to your industry, role and commodities. A grower and a carrier never see the same set.

STEP 2

Back it up

Attach the certificate, the SOP, the audit letter. Each is read, checked against the answer and rated for how independently it is confirmed.

STEP 3

Prove one thing live

We name a lot. The clock starts. A third party watches. The result is a time nobody can write into a form.

STEP 4

Publish on your terms

You choose who sees the detail. The code, its band and how well it is backed always travel together.

The scale

10 to 99, in five bands — read it like a credit score

Every verified code carries the tick. An estimate never does, and is never given a band.

Questions we get

Not here? hello@verifiedtrustscore.com

The letters say where a company operates and how long it has, verified from public records. The digits earn credit by how strongly each answer is backed — self-attested, signed and dated, third-party audited, or confirmed at source. We publish the method; the weights stay private, for the same reason a credit bureau does not publish its coefficients.

The pilot cohort opens in October.

Fifty companies across growing, packing, processing and cold chain. Early participants help set the weights for their own industry.
